By the Sea Marketplace started with a simple idea: that the littlest things can create some of childhood’s biggest smiles.

As a family, we know how special it is to find that perfect little treasure. The toy they carry everywhere, the book they ask you to read one more time, or the gift that lights up their face the moment they open it.

That’s why we created By the Sea Marketplace.

We thoughtfully curate toys, gifts, books, creative activities, and little treasures that encourage imagination, curiosity, play, and joy. We look for things we’d be excited to bring home to our own family, because we believe the things that become childhood favorites don’t always have to be the biggest or most expensive.

And you’ll see our little sea otter, Cookie, throughout the marketplace. She helps us share some of our favorite finds and reminds us what By the Sea is all about: family, imagination, and finding joy in the little things.
